By using Porta you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Porta is a SaaS tool offering YouTube creator discovery, analysis, watchlists, an outreach pipeline, and report generation for agencies and brands. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.
Access is invite-only. You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials, and for all activity under your account.
Use the account only on behalf of the person/organization invited; do not share your credentials.
Use the service only lawfully and within these terms. Prohibited: reverse-engineering the service, automated abuse/excessive load, attempting to bypass quotas or security measures, reselling outputs without permission, and violating the rights of third parties or the YouTube/Google terms.
Porta uses YouTube API Services. By using Porta you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and are subject to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
The service processes only public YouTube channel and video data; no viewer personal data is collected. You may not use YouTube data in any way that violates these terms or YouTube's policies.
Paid plans are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew for the period you choose; you can cancel anytime and cancellation takes effect at period end.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan limits may change with prior notice.
The product itself (software, design, brand) belongs to Porta. The data you enter into your account (client brands, notes, watchlists) and the reports you generate are yours; we process them to provide the service.
The service and discovery/analysis results are provided "as is", without warranty; we do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Apply your own judgment when making decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
